Get Socially Savvy with Sara: Let's HELP Nicholas Feria

I have attached a couple of before and after pics of Nicholas Feria which show the effects of the subject disease in just a short 3 months. I have also provided a link that talk about the disease, how it is acquired, and it's symptoms. Nicholas had inherited the disease from his mother who eventually past away 8 years due to the affects and degeneration of the disease. He was diagnosed with the disease 5 years ago, but became more debilitating 2 years ago to the point his father, Dennis Feria (pictured on the left) had to quit work in order to care for his son. Unfortunately, having limited insurance coverage has caused a financial burden upon the family whereby they cannot provide Nicholas the necessary treatment and elements to assist him in coping with the disease. The disease causes his body to involuntarily and constantly "jerk" and "fling" his limbs and torso making it difficult to have any constant sleep; leading to severe sleep deprivation. Thus, affecting is over all health in so many ways. Some of the assisting "elements" that Nicholas needs are specially magnets that he would need to wear around his head, around his wrist and ankles, and a bed that would aide in stabilizing the brain signals that would reduce the convulsing of his body. There are clinical tests that will be made available to Nicholas at the beginning of 2014, but the father is very concerned that he will not make it to that point due to the rapid deterioration of his health. Please keep Nicholas in your prayers, as well as his father. It is has been very difficult for the father to watch is son suffer helplessly knowing that there is no cure and not having the means to make him comfortable.
